Serbian Hemofarm chooses SRC.SI for implementation of CRM solution

In the next 18 months, the Hemofarm concern will technically modernize its CRM technology on all its markets, from the Western Balkans, Russia, Africa and the Middle East, to Romania and Albania. The strategic agreement to implement the Update.seven CRM solution, a product of the Austrian Update software AG, was signed with the Serbian SRC Sistemske Integracije, a member of the SRC Group.

"This is a technology that will modernize the effects of Hemofarm’s CRM strategy by developing successful partnerships with pharmacists, chemists and patients. Thanks to CRM, Hemofarm will actively participate in the primary professional role of pharmacists and chemists, which indirectly means they will protect the patients’ health," explained Vladimir Babić, executive vice president of Hemofarm’s marketing, at the press conference in Belgrade today.

In the next period, the task of SRC Sistemske Integracije will be to implement the CRM solution, together with Hemofarm’s project group, in all countries in which Hemofarm is present.

"Hemofarm belongs among the companies that recognize market trends, accept current business strategies and continually invest into their long-term development. We are convinced that the investment into CRM and the choice of SRC Sistemske Integracije and the Update.seven CRM solution represent a big step for Hemofarm on this way," emphasized Babić.
