SRC the Family Friendly Company from now on with the certificate

At today's gala ceremony at the Ljubljana City Museum, SRC was presented with the standard certificate for Family Friendly Company.
Till the year 2012, we will implement 14 measures within SRC that will make us even friendlier to the families of our employees. Most measures implemented will be regarding working hours, followed by measures regarding worker development, work organization, communicational and informational politics, management’s skills and family services.

Main reason for acquiring this certificate is above all increasing the quality of living for our employees. High level of satisfaction amongst the employees can have positive economic effects on the company, believes Miha Žerko, SRC Member of the Board. “It is a chain of happiness, considering happy, satisfied employees can consequently satisfy our clients, which is our second merit” he explains.
The certificate was accepted in the name of the company by head of human resources Darja Kramberger.
