Dealer

is intended for authorised motor vehicle dealers. The main purpose is to link the authorised dealer with importers and other authorised dealers into an efficient information system. This facilitates a single approach to selling motor vehicles in the area covered by the importer. This kind of information system also enables the efficient searching and ordering of motor vehicles from other authorised dealers or importers – a Vehicle Exchange. CarKing Dealer also includes support for the authorised dealer’s warehouse.

Reports

is intended for authorised motor vehicle dealers to be able to review and produce reports on-screen and in hard copy. It facilitates complete control over business operations.
Reports are arranged into logical groups. On-screen previews or printouts can be made. Prior to printout or preview the user enters parameters by means of entry fields, drop-down lists and a calendar.

UsedCars

is intended for used motor vehicle sellers. It enables an efficient overview of stocks and sales of used motor vehicles.

The UsedCars module supports the following business functions:

• managing lists of buyers and business partners
• keeping catalogue data on motor vehicles
• keeping general code lists of data
• entry of motor vehicles into the system
• monitoring motor vehicle status
• issuing and reviewing informative offers, offers and invoices
• producing reports

AfterSales

module covers the entire area of after sales. In contrast to the module aimed at importers and distributors, it also covers support for service centres, as well as handling of spare parts and warehousing.
