on the basis of the current state of processes, support processes,

A process optimisation plan is prepared based on the bottlenecks
and deficiencies identified. The result of the analysis is
an independent document which is submitted to the client.
The analysis includes a calculation of the economic justification
for the investment.

Implementation
After the precise process analysis, the individual modules
are customised. Specific features to meet your needs are
designed in agreement with you the client.
User training
Before operations start all eOffice-leasing users undergo
training. Over the first two days of operation we are also
present on the client's premises to provide continual expert
support. SRC provides well planned, high quality training
for future users in their environment.
Maintenance
Rapid technological development, and the development of
new modules and content means that cooperation must continue
after final introduction to the product. The maintenance
contract provides the client with:
