SRC ODiS implementation is project based, with five
main phases.
Analysis
We analyse the existing infrastructure with regard to the
quantity of data and classification of business activities.
Business processes in the company
Companies usually have well-defined processes they want
to automate. If this is not already the case, we can help
define, document and optimise these processes.
Implementation
After a fundamental analysis, the implementation of various
modules follows using the parameters defined. With the application's
modular design, a gradual implementation is possible. Company-specific
functionalities are discussed with the client and built upon
request.
Implementation and training
Well-planned and quality training of users is an indispensable
part of the implementation process. The main indicator to
measure the effectiveness of a tool is the amount of usage
it gets, which is possible only with adequate knowledge.
Part of user training is included in the project's presentation
already to gradually prepare the users for a new way of working.
In practice, individual training in user-specific environments
has been shown to produce excellent results.
Maintenance
After the initial start-up of the system, the client may
opt for system maintenance. A maintenance contract typically
includes:
- technical support experts available by phone, through
e-mail or on-site
- functionality improvement and software upgrades in the
form of new versions
- adjustment of application software to changes in the
system environment or operating system
- consultation on further development of the system
