Message Boards  Modules

Public relations are no longer a problem

Individual message boards comprise the following main bases:

  • preparation of notices

  • archive of notices
  • access statistics

In addition to these four bases, another important base is the Portal, which presents the website, where in addition to pointers for individual message boards or any other website, in the central section it presents the latest notice from any message board.

Lifecycle of a published document

The main tasks in the lifecycle of a published document or information supported by the Message Board are:

  • determining target group for notification
  • determining time parameters for publication
  • editorial coordination of content and form of notice
  • distribution of notice and information on notice
  • control, processing and monitoring of feedback

  • preparing a response to the message which is already published on the main message board intended for a wider circle of users or readers
  • preparing a replacement for a notice that is no longer valid
  • re-publishing archived notices
