Based on the latest .NET technology, update.seven web offers the full breadth of the update.seven suite but in a browser environment: no additional installation expenditures. Dependent upon a user’s locations and immediate needs, it is possible to access the full functionality of the update.seven suite, whether on- or offline.

update.seven pda | mobile

These two mobility modules of update.seven ensure that relevant data and CRM processes are at anytime, anywhere, whether offline with PDAs or online with Smartphones (e.g. Blackberry) are available. This presents a natural extension of local CRM processes, especially for field sales and service teams.

update.seven groupware

update.seven groupware synchronizes appointment and contact information bi-directionally between update.seven and groupware applications such as Microsoft Outlook® and Lotus Notes®.

update.seven phone

With a CTI interface, this module integrates seamlessly into telephony activities and the CRM processes of update.seven. From calling directly from the CRM application to caller ID with additional information automation, update.seven phone offers an ideal solution for telemarketing and call center applications.

update.seven analytics

This OLAP module extends the operational functions of update.seven with analytic abilities. A data warehouse as well as the CRM or any relevant external data can serve as the basis for the analysis. Multidimensionality as well as drill down and drill through functionality offer possibilities to quickly meet demands for analysis, reports, and thus aid in decision making.

update.seven interfaces

update.seven interfaces functions as a bi-directional interface via XML for data exchange with back- and frontend applications. Fast implementation and flexible adaptability are only some of the advantages. Successful reference integrations with SAP R/3®,SAPNetWeaver®and®, SAP NetWeaver® and Navision® already exist.

update.seven web services

update.seven web services offers a flexible and dynamic web service interface between front- and backend applications. This allows CRM functionality and information from update.seven to be directly integrated via standardized web services interface. This loose coupling avoids problems with the interfaces.

update.seven match can identify and remove doubles and errors from address databanks, easily and reliably. This module is particularly suitable for working with purchased databases.
