Analysis and consulting

Before the implementation of services a review of the existing system environment must be performed. Based on this we can then advise as to the management and implementation of developments and changes to this environment.

The aim the implementation is to increase the efficiency, reliability and security of the information system environment. Consulting takes place in order to ensure that the investment is leveraged in the most profitable way for the client company or organisation.

Definition of the necessary processes, requirements and responsibilities establishes the foundation on which to build for a successful project. On the basis of predefined critical points or processes, the project's targets are set. Services can be provided individually or in a package. Planning and implementation is a key service since this is the basis of the computer infrastructure. In view of their demands, needs and financial plans, a decision is reached together with the client on the implementation of the most appropriate server system.

Technical assistance and maintenance

Technical assistance and maintenance for the complete system environment - software and hardware - is available as an extra service for clients.

We offer a completely customisable equipment maintenance service and provide a palette of offerings, from 8-hour business hours-only to 24x7 with response times as short as 2 hours. A technical assistance and maintenance agreement, signed by client and contractor, forms the basis for future maintenance.

Maintenance itself comprises the following segments:

  • Functional maintenance: Resolution of problems in the operation of system hardware and software.
  • Preventive maintenance: Regular performance check-ups, proactive hardware and software troubleshooting and advice on potential improvements.
  • Customer system assistance: Telephone assistance or on-site assistance for resolution of more complex, interdependent and connected systems; assistance in determining the best configuration of the existing environment and leveraging existing investment in view of future expansion and business operations.

Training of system administrators and other personnel

We understand that integrated hardware and software solutions bring added value only when users know how to use them. That is why we provide educational services for training employees to prepare system administrators and other operators for new ways of working.

Training can be provided in our educational centre or at the client site. In addition to training prepared and led by SRC experts, other workshops may be organized and can take place either locally or abroad.
