In introducing a comprehensive CRM system, the company vision and strategy are of key importance. Implementation of a CRM System by SRC Methodology:

  • Consulting

    Establishment of an operational CRM solution in accordance with the customer’s wishes and needs. This solution is then adapted to activities within the company in order to create a user-friendly environment.

  • Analytical CRM implementation
    Establishment of a data warehouse for business intelligence needs. Analytical CRM makes it possible to analyse customer information, segmentation and customer behaviour trend forecasts. Regular standard customer analyses and reports are automated, and the system also provides for "ad hoc" analyses and reports.
