The 'Electronic Record of Resolutions for Single-Person Companies' application was developed in collaboration with the Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia and the Government Centre for Informatics. It is intended to allow notaries to keep electronic records of resolutions for single-person companies.

With the use of modern tools and standards for developing web applications, the application was developed for online business operations, where high standards of online security are paramount. With the implementation of digital signatures, this application is installing itself at the very summit of the development of electronic services.
