The 'Electronic Record of Resolutions for Single-Person Companies' replaces the physical record of resolutions. It is made up of three individual sections:

• the first is intended for notaries maintaining of a list of electronic records of resolutions, opening, maintaining and authenticating electronic records of resolutions, and drafting of copies from records of resolutions
• the second is aimed at businesspeople who wish to record resolutions independently
• the third is intended for the Chamber of Notaries, which maintains the list of electronic records, inspects it and determines notaries' access rights
