eGovernment portal
In addition to information arranged by subject group, the
portal offers individual target groups an overview of services
through so-called 'life events', where the information and
services are arranged by content as seen and understood by
an individual citizen.
The eGovernment portal offers visitors two-way communication
through news, survey and messaging system.
The possibility of personalising the portal contributes to
an enhanced experience for the user, with each user being
able to determine the content of greatest interest to him
or her; this is shown every time the user logs on and re-enters
the portal, regardless of whether he or she logs on with
a username and password or by means of a qualified digital
certificate. Users can also join an email mailing list to
receive news and the latest developments.
The portal is currently available in Slovenian and English
language versions; additional language versions can easily
be added.
A host of back office applications intended for the editor
enable undisturbed operation. They allow the publication
of dynamic content, the changing of the structure of certain
parts of the site, the publication of news, and the inclusion
of surveys and polls.
