eBusiness  Types of solution

Supporting business operations

Bank portal with a content management system

The internet is one of the most important channels for increasing the satisfaction of existing customers and acquiring new ones. With this philosophy in mind, we at SRC have designed a "financial portal" through which a bank can provide a complete service to existing and potential customers.

Through the portal a bank can easily and in an attractive way:

  • present its services
  • enable calculations to be made for informative purposes and services to be compared
  • inform its customers of new developments
  • provide a point of contact between portal users and the bank

The graphical appearance of the websites within the financial portal follows the bank's corporate image, while the bank is able to adapt new content quickly and independently with the help of the content management system.

Electronic banking

Electronic banking, which is an essential part of the services that banks offer today, is also part of the financial portal.

Through its financial portal electronic banking services to private individuals and legal entities are offered. An online bank allows users to view their accounts at the bank (investments and securities, loans, credit cards) and make transactions (TRR).

Through an online payments system, electronic banking users are also allowed to make secure payments for goods and services online. Online overviews of business cooperation are aimed at legal entities and allow a selected overview of the entity's business cooperation with the bank and a more detailed review of data on individual accounts at the bank.

Risk assets

The "risk assets" system is intended for banks and savings institutions, allowing them to monitor risk assets and fulfil the legally prescribed requirement to provide the Bank of Slovenia with reports on capital compliance and exposure.

The main part of this project involves the collection of data from various bank systems; this data is then integrated into a uniform reporting database. The system itself enables the further processing of data and the drafting of reports in accordance with rules set by the Bank of Slovenia.

The database can also serve as a basis for adjusted reports to bank management in the risk assets segment.

Mutual pension funds

The "mutual pension funds" programme package is a solution for the management of mutual pension funds. The package enables support to key pension fund activities:

  • transactions with fund members
    • new fund members
    • reporting to fund members
  • fund operations
    • monitoring of payments by fund members
    • recording of business events
    • monitoring of value of fund assets
    • reporting to the Securities Agency and the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia

Creditworthiness

Creditworthiness is a package of programmes intended for banks' analysis departments, and enables comprehensive analysis of the transactions of legal entities. Using information on a customer's transactions with the bank, it provides a swifter and higher-quality assessment of the creditworthiness of legal entities, thus reducing the bank's risks when dealing with customers.

Direct debits

Direct debits are a system allowing banks to make single and direct debit payments at the operative level. At the same time they offer central monitoring of operations and support transactions with customers:

  • at the bank counter
  • exchange of data with creditors
  • central processing of payments

The system provides a link between banks and creditors in two ways:

  • through the direct exchange of data between the bank and its creditors
  • through a link with the collections centre. Through the collections centre the system also supports inter-bank data exchange.

The existing activities of the eBusiness Programme are to a large extent linked to the development, implementation and integration of information solutions within the customer's system as a whole. They are usually carried out using a project-based approach.

In addition to development within the eBusiness Programme, we also provide our partners with maintenance, training and user support for every solution we supply.
