SRC implementation of eDMS business solutions is project-based.
Five main phases are followed:
Infrastructure
We analyse the existing infrastructure with regard to the
quantity of data and classification of business events.
Business processes in the company
Companies usually have well-defined processes they want
to automate. If this is not already the case, SRC can
help define, document and optimise these processes.
Implementation
After a fundamental analysis, the implementation of various
modules follows, using the parameters defined. With modular
design, gradual implementation is possible. Company-specific
functionalities are discussed with the client and built upon
request.
Training and implementation
Well-planned and high-quality training of users is the key
to success. The main indicator to measure the effectiveness
of a tool is the amount of usage it gets.
In the actual presentation of a project there is a part
of the training already included thus gradually preparing
users for a new way of working. In practice, individual training
in user-specific environments has been shown to produce excellent
results.
Maintenance
After the initial start-up of the system, the client may
opt for system maintenance. The maintenance contract also
includes these services:
- technical support experts available by phone, e-mail
or on-site
- functional improvement and software upgrades in the form
of new versions
- application software adjustments to changes in the system
environment and operating system
- consultation about further development of the system
