                                  Before implementing SAP Analytics Cloud, we used another software for forecasting. While it was mostly up to date, it was cumbersome and difficult to navigate. For planning, we relied on Excel spreadsheets. This meant forecasts were not interconnected\u2014everyone used their own template, and errors often occurred due to incorrect copying.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                  SAP Analytics Cloud has significantly improved this process. Each program manager enters their own plans, which are then refined, supplemented, and finalized at the department level. In addition to revenue planning, we can now accurately plan expenses by category (salaries, other costs, subcontractors, etc.). SAC is much more user-friendly and provides a clearer overview. We can enter and track plans for individual clients throughout the year.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                  I use SAP Analytics Cloud daily. I monitor forecasts and compare them to the plan, track expenses, and adjust specific items as needed. We report forecasts weekly directly from the SAC system. At any moment, I have a clear overview of our annual performance, how much remains to reach our targets, and many other useful insights.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
